Applications

The actuator is mainly used for direct starting or stopping two three-phase squirrel-cage induction motors under the mine with explosive gases in the AC circuit, with the frequency of 50Hz and voltage of 660V, with several controlling modes. It’s suitable for air-electricity lockout and other functions as well as protection of the motor and relevant circuit. Besides, it’s also suitable for double-power double-motor (doubleinlet fan) interlock control, to achieve automatic switch between the master machine and auxiliary machine, and thus is widely used in wind supply system in the high-methane-content well; it can also be used for sequential control of 2 motors of the cyclone cluster, with the controlling time (0~10s) adjustable;it’s also applicable for separate operation of double-circuit switches.

Features

1. It’s capable of on-site control and multi-functional commutation control: double-circuit sequential control, automatic switch control in case of double blowing

machine fault and separate control of double circuits.

2 The actuator has such functions as: protection from overload, phase failure, main circuit leakage lockout, voltage loss and RC absorbing overvoltage.

3. It has the function of double-circuit automatic switch, double-circuit sequential starting and double-circuit separate working.

4. It has the air-electricitry lockout power-off function, which can make the feeding switch on the panel power off when there is no wind supply.
